Ecuador faults fumigation of coca crop by Colombia

BUENOS AIRES -- Ecuadoran President-elect Rafael Correa said yesterday Colombia's renewed program to fumigate illegal drug crops on the border was a "hostile act," escalating a diplomatic spat between the South American neighbors.
